Closed Unassigned: AjaxFileUpload Not Working [27451]

I am using the latest ajaxcontroltoolkit 7.0607.
My ajaxFileUpload control is inside ajax tabpanel .
I get the following error when i do the upload.

Error: Sys.ArgumentException: Cannot deserialize. The data does not correspond to valid JSON.
