In an attempt at improving the performance of our website application I have installed the AjaxControlToolkit Static Resources via Visual Studio 2013's Manage NuGet Packages feature.

Prior to the installation of the AjaxControlToolkit Static Resources I had no issues publishing the site using File System as the publishing method.
Now the site cannot be published as the following error is obtained:-
Copying file packages\AjaxControlToolkit.StaticResources.15.1.4.0\Content\Content\AjaxControlToolkit\Styles\HtmlEditor.Popups.AttachedTemplatePopup.min.css to C:\Users\mynamehere.ourdomain\AppData\Local\Temp\WebSitePublish\ManzenTrunk-1877587068\obj\Debug\AspnetCompileMerge\Source\packages\AjaxControlToolkit.StaticResources.15.1.4.0\Content\Content\AjaxControlToolkit\Styles\HtmlEditor.Popups.AttachedTemplatePopup.min.css failed. The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.
The issue is obviously associated with the introduction of AjaxControlToolkit Static Resources as publishing was fine until the feature was added.
Any help/advice/fixes would be appreciated
Comments: I don't know of any log file being produced. I just see the output (or error) window in Visual Studio The initial error (The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.) is that which appears in the description above. The current issue with not outputting all the folders to the destination produces the output in the attached file. The content of the packages folder differs between what is in D:\PublishFiles\Package\PackageTmp and what is in f:/Manzen.Net4 In D:\PublishFiles\Package\PackageTmp\packages there are the following folders: AjaxControlToolkit.StaticResources.15.1.4.0 Antlr.3.4.1.9004 Microsoft.AspNet.Web.Optimization.1.1.3 Microsoft.Web.Infrastructure.1.0.0.0 Newtonsoft.Json.5.0.4 WebGrease.1.5.2 and a respositories. config file In f:/Manzen.Net4\packages there is the following folder: AjaxControlToolkit.StaticResources.15.1.4.0 and a respositories. config file The folder F:\Manzen.Net4\packages\AjaxControlToolkit.StaticResources.15.1.4.0\Content\Scripts\AjaxControlToolkit\Debug has a number of .js files with the last one being 'HtmlEditor.Popups.LinkProperties.debug.js' Based on the content of D:\PublishFiles\Package\PackageTmp\packages\AjaxControlToolkit.StaticResources.15.1.4.0\Content\Scripts\AjaxControlToolkit\Debug the first file that appears here that is not on F: is HtmlEditor.Popups.OkCancelAttachedTemplatePopup.debug.js
