Commented Unassigned: Calendar Control [28027]

I am having issues with the calendar control working in Chrome and IE 11 using Visual Studio 2013. It runs locally in both browsers but when I run from the server I have to add the site to the compatibility mode. This is breaking other things we use.

Is there any known bugs?
Comments: Would you please provide a sample project illustrating this issue and specify the following: 1. IIS version 2. Application pool .NET CLR version 3. Managed pipeline mode?
