Commented Unassigned: Calendar Control [28027]

I am having issues with the calendar control working in Chrome and IE 11 using Visual Studio 2013. It runs locally in both browsers but when I run from the server I have to add the site to the compatibility mode. This is breaking other things we use.

Is there any known bugs?
Comments: I will try to work on a sample for you. Our server is using IIS 7.5 and 8. It's classic mode using framework 4.
