Commented Unassigned: Setup with VS 2015 [28030]

I just download the kit and am excited about using it on some projects in hopes that by doing so that my employer will invest in full set of controls for me. Based on what I'm reading they would be very helpful for out projects we have in front of us, but as I am just getting into this as my first foray into AJAX I'm finding that I'm having to load up a asp:ScriptManager ahead of the extension in addition to the instructions out lined and even then I'm not getting things to work under Visual Studio 2015. Currently I'm working on a web form in VB aspx .NET 4.6. Are there some different things I should be doing to use the extensions in the kit on this version of VS?
