Closed Issue: Calendar extender memory leak [11079]

There is definitely some sort of memory leak in the calendar extender when I use it on my PC running Vista and IE7. When the control that is associated to the extender is clicked on, memory is allocated, but never reclaimed, even if the page is refreshed.

I've attached a really simple project that I can use to recreate the problem every time using the following steps.

1. Launch process explorer so that you can monitor the memory consumption of IE.
2. Open Default.aspx from the site in IE
3. Double click on the new IE process in process explorer and go to the performance graph tab
4. On the default.aspx page, left-click on the first text box and the first calendar will show, left-click on the second and another will show. Notice that the memory consumption of the IE process will have increased.
5. Press F5 in IE to reload the page and repeat steps 4-5, noting each time that the memory usage increases without ever being reclaimed.

In the attached zip file I've also included a screenshot of the iexplore process increasing in memory consumption from 30Mb to 126Mb over the course of repeating steps 4-5 around 30 times.

I have also tried disabling all Add-ons, just in case something like the developer toolbar was causing the problem, but this made no difference.
Comments: We tried to reproduce this issue with drip tool but we could not. We are closing this issue for now if anyone has more information to reproduce this issue then user may reopen it.
